TheHockeyGuys’ Final 2012 NHL Draft Rankings

With the 2012 NHL Entry Draft right around the corner, TheHockeyGuys‘ staff members Todd Cordell, Brendan Ross, Brian Huddle and Jonathan Dunphy teamed up to bring you, the readers, our collaborated top-60 draft rankings with writeups, statistics and general information on each player ranked in TheHockeyGuys’ top-60.

With events such as the CHL regular season and playoffs, Memorial Cup, World Juniors, and even the World Championships gone and passed, the crew members are quite confident that we took in all we need to provide you all with the most accurate rankings and writeups possible.

Entering this year’s draft there are a lot of questions being asked. Alex Galchenyuk or Mikhail Grigorenko? Ryan Murray, Matt Dumba or Morgan Reilly? In our rankings, we provided you with our consensus answers to those questions and much more.

To clarify, these rankings are based off NHL-readiness, player upside, projected roles and how each player’s game can translate to the NHL level.

Each member of the staff worked very hard on these rankings and writeups, so please enjoy and feel free to use this as future reference on players you would like to learn more about.
