Goalie Carter Hart Joins Lehigh Valley Phantoms

Allentown PA: The Playoffs for the American Hockey League are about to begin and teams continue to get their rosters set. On Monday the Philadelphia Flyers announced that they have reassigned goaltender Carter Hart from Everett Silvertips of Western Hockey League to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. This is a move that the Phantoms needed to make as Anthony Stolarz season is over due to injury.

During his 3 years with Everett Silvertips of the WHL, Carter Hart went 85-40-12 with 19 shutouts, a 2.13 goals-against average and a 0.921 save percentage. for the 2016-17 season, Hart went 32-11-2 with a 1.99 goals-against average and 0.927 save percentage

The Flyers drafted Carter Hart in the 2nd round with the 48th pick in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft, & he won a silver medal with Canada at the 2017 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships
